Today in math class today we did a time test. In specials we did songs and created our own music.
 We also decorated our own stockings. We read a factions book. We are still not finished.
 We completed our unit 2 reading assessment.We had inside recess.

We finished our explanatory essay on life cycles. We took a test over fractions. We did a moon paper. We had guidance. We also created a fraction tree.

We wrote a writing assignment on animal life cycles. We did a time test for multiplication for our Sundae in math and reviewed fractions. In art we watched a movie and ate popcorn. In library the teacher read a book about making a country, and we made are own country.

At specials we watched a movie. During reading we did multiple meaning words with m and m and started the unit 2 assessment. We completed a performance event on fractions in math. We wrote an explanatory essay on fossils.

We did our  FLUENCY... Also we did our SOMEDAY WRITING!!!We also did a times test. Today we had P.E. In P.E we did 2 DANCE'S for our PERFORMANCE!!!And had LIBRARY!!! We compared fractions in math.

Today we finished our explanatory writing on Sally Ride. We also  read an article and summarized an article about Marc Brown. We compared fractions using fraction strips. We continued working on our "Someday" piece of writing for the extravaganza.

In math we showed how to divide a cookie into fourths.  We had guidance today. A worked on our "Someday" writing. We had a test  in reading and spelling. We made a four square on Sally Ride for our explanatory writing practice.

Today we studied alliteration and repetition in poetry. We started our "Someday" writing and finished our explanatory writing from small group. We studied fractions using fraction strips. We read an article about the moon and wrote an explanatory essay on it.

First, we had D.E.A.R. time.(Drop Everything  And Read). Next we had our center time.Then we practiced our fractions. We had a great day!

The Dance Crew and Choir gave a wonderful performance today. 

Today in reading we read a poem. For writing we did plural possessive nouns and created a graphic organizer on Sally ride. We will use the organizer to write an explanatory essay.  For math we did fractions. And for specials we did music and we started making a song.  We got a new  dictionary. We had fun today.

Today in E.L.A we read the book called author a True Story.In math class we did fractions with cookies and we also watched a brain pop on the smart board about fractions. At the end of the day we worked on our card for "Best Relative of the year".
